Nomina, formerly Omni Network, is an on-chain trading platform whose NOM token now exists as an Ethereum ERC-20. The current product concentrates on a unified terminal for monitoring and executing advanced strategies across decentralized perpetual-futures venues, including cross-exchange position management and funding-rate approaches. That focus differs from older descriptions centered on an Omni layer one, shared security for interoperability, verification between scaling networks and a universal gas marketplace. In February 2026 the project announced that Omni Core had been sunset and that existing NOM wallet balances, staked positions and held assets were consolidated on Ethereum; users should therefore treat earlier network and staking claims as historical unless current documentation confirms them. The 2025 rebrand converted OMNI to NOM at 1:75, producing a 7.5-billion total supply and about 2.9 billion initially circulating without introducing a new economic allocation. OMNI still held outside the automatically migrated environment can use the official migration application, but users must verify the Ethereum contract, ratio, supported source network and current deadline before approving or sending tokens. The trading terminal introduces smart-contract, wallet, oracle, liquidation, funding-rate, bridge, venue and automation risks. A synchronized dashboard cannot eliminate divergent margin rules, delayed state, failed orders or cascading liquidation across exchanges. Review custody and signing design, supported DEX contracts, API or session permissions, fee routing, strategy assumptions, audits and incident response. For NOM, confirm migration reconciliation, supply, treasury and investor unlocks, governance or fee utility actually live after consolidation, admin powers, liquidity and concentration. Changing the denomination changes units, not underlying value, and a professional trading interface does not make leveraged perpetual strategies suitable or profitable.
