What is BitTrade?
BitTrade, an authorized crypto asset exchange operating in Japan, holds the record for handling the highest number of coins within the country. Its business strategy revolves around localization. BitTrade was the initial name used until December 2018, and it was later rebranded. From December 2018 to February 2023, it operated under the brand name Huobi Japan. The backend system and security technology employed by BitTrade are on par with those of Huobi Group. Despite the rebranding, BitTrade maintains a cordial relationship with Huobi Group. The company offers two market options: a user-friendly simple swap service tailored to the Japanese market and a regular order book market service. As of now, BitTrade has not issued any tokens. Additionally, the company holds a license as a financial instruments business operator (License: Type 1 Financial Instruments Business) based on Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of Law No. 28 of 2049.
